Welcome to your 7-day journey. Today, simply notice what your heart has been carrying and ask Allah for help with the next right step.

Email 2 — Tawakkul

Subject: You don't have to control everything

Tawakkul means taking the means you can take while trusting Allah with the result. Ask yourself: what is mine to do today, and what do I need to leave with Allah?

Email 3 — Sabr

Subject: A delay is not the same as a rejection

Waiting can be painful. Today, practice patience without assuming you know what the delay means.

Email 4 — Shukr

Subject: Find one blessing you almost missed

Gratitude does not deny difficulty. Choose three specific blessings and thank Allah for them today.

Email 5 — Comparison

Subject: Your timeline is not your worth

Someone else's milestone is not evidence that you are behind. Return your attention to the path Allah has placed before you.

Email 6 — Being Seen

Subject: Allah knows what you cannot explain

Write the burden you have struggled to explain to anyone. Turn it into a private dua.

Email 7 — Continuing

Subject: Keep one small habit for the next 30 days

Choose one habit from the journal that brought you peace: Quran reflection, dua, gratitude, dhikr, or a few quiet minutes of tawakkul.
